TIPS FOR REINSTATEMENT

Prepare the documents, like defect report, to establish the condition of the building and give an indication of work. (Check the guideline for checklist)
The occupier will be required to determine what repairs need completing and how these can be completed.
Any alterations to the building may need to be removed and reinstated condition to the building’s original.
Clarify what needs to be redecorated and cleaned.
Depends on different building standard might need different level of protection.
Using different material in your office might affect the cost a lot, for example, when you have wooden floor that will damage the floor under, might replace all raise floor or touch up structure floor. You can check the guideline for those commonly situation and question.
